It is important that your Be’Cup stays clean before decontaminate it:1. Clear the menstrual cup. 2. Rinse-it with cold water. 3. Wash-it with hot water and a soap as cleaning intimate gel. 4. Decontaminate-it with the help of the sterilizer:- Put the menstrual cup, tip on the bottom in the sterilizer Be’Cup. – Fill with water. The menstrual cup should entirely recover of water. – Put the sterilizer in the micro-waves by leaving the lid opened, during 5 minutes at 750 Watts. Do not exceed the recommended time and observe these parameters.
